  • How do I pay?

    Once you complete our booking form, we will contact you to confirm and will email you an invoice with payment instructions. All ongoing payments will be invoiced and sent to you in due course. We send your invoice 2 weeks in advance.

  • Are there items I am not allowed to store?

    Yes. By law you are not allowed to store flammable materials, illegal materials including firearms or live animals. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full disclosure.

  • Do you provide secure parking as well?

    If your boat or caravan is too large to fit in one of our secure units, we do offer secure parking outside in either one of our undercover or outdoor bays.

  • Can I access the Storage Facility after hours?

    Yes. Our facility is accessible 24/7. Entry is via secure swipe card.

  • Is there a minimum contract duration?

    Our minimum contract duration is 1 month (negotiable).

  • How do I cancel my contract?

    If you wish to cancel your contract with us, please request cancellation in writing to info@murraylandsstorage.com.au. Cancellations must be made with at least 7 days notice.

  • Can I give my swipe card to others - eg. relatives?

    It is recommended that you DO NOT give your swipe card out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.

  • Is the site secure?

    We do everything we can to make sure that your goods are safe. We have CCTV monitoring throughout our facility and security fencing around the entire complex.
